Q: I have a problem, is it faster to call you?
A: The only way to reach us is through our chat feature or via email (). The reason for this is that we need pertinent information to best assist you. We typically respond within 24 hours.
Q: My debit/credit card says I was charged $8 or $10, but I did not spend that much, why?
A: This is a preauthorization amount. Debit and credit cards verify funds and will automatically update to the correct amount displayed on the screen at time of use within a business day or two. There is no need to contact us to have the hold deleted.
Q: Do you share my information?
Q: Why did you change the redemption process to emailing codes, I liked it the way it was?
A: We understand. Due to a large number of customer requests, we updated our system to serve you best. These codes can be used at our auto-cashiers at any of our six Chicagoland locations.
